Thaipusam In Batu Cave

This is number one most famous Thaipusam celebration location in Malaysia. Every year expected more than 100,000 people attend at Batu Cave to pay tribute to Lord Muruga here.

For this year, more than 1000 policeman will be on duty here to ensure the safety of tourist and visitors here.

Malaysian government makes better facilities while help organizer to conduct this festival. Late night train services and bus services provided to facilitate public and tourist to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Batu Cave. 

KTM Komuter will offer direct train services from Port Klang, Rawang and Seremban to Batu Caves over a three-day period for Thaipusam. It’s easier and safer way to Batu Cave on this festival season with no worries about traffic congestions and parking problems.

I strongly advise that you choose for public transport due to HEAVILY CONGESTED ROADS and few main roads will be closed during this festival.

Depending on GPS to reach here may be is not a good idea, particularly in this festival season.
